Construction continues on Pliskin Architecture’s two-family development in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Following completion of exterior masonry work, the scaffolding has been removed, allowing a glimpse of the facade that will join this quiet tree-lined street. The project, developed by LTNG, is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2024.
The project features two generous apartments, each with 4 bedrooms, with private entrances, and generous outdoor space – the lower unit has exclusive use of the 1000sf rear yard, while the upper unit has both a terrace on the 4th floor and a dedicated roof deck with sweeping views of Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Work on interior finishes has accelerated in advance of project completion, and in anticipation of bespoke cabinetry and custom entrance doors scheduled to arrive in the next two months.
