On the boards, estimated completion: Q2 2024.

This 10-unit multifamily development situated in Brooklyn’s Red Hook neighborhood. The design presents an efficient solution to the challenges of building in a flood zone while providing premium commercial and living space. The development comprises retail spaces, a community facility, and parking on the ground floor, while the residential units are elevated above the flood plain.

The building’s industrial aesthetic draws inspiration from Red Hook’s history. The projects offers the majority of the condominium units expansive outdoor terraces to the views of Redhook and New York Harbor, and floor-to-ceiling windows to allow natural light to flood the living spaces and their hardwood floors.

The development’s ground floor features retail spaces and community facilities, providing a space for the broader community to engage with and benefit from the building. The community facility is designed to serve as a hub for social and recreational activities, further emphasizing the project’s commitment to enhancing the neighborhood’s quality of life.
