Concrete work is complete at Onyx Residences in Gravesend – the Pliskin Architecture (panyc) and FAB314AW collaboration next shifts to enclosure trades. Onyx Residences is the second project on the block for Brooklyn Developer Redhoek+ – it is a 12 unit, 6 story ground-up multifamily, and is slated for completion in 2025.
