Excited to share that 76 N 8th, our latest Williamsburg project for LTNG, won a Bronze award at the BIA 2025 Brick in Architecture Awards.

A fresh take on Brooklyn’s classic masonry style, 76 N 8th showcases a distinctive brick facade that translates contextual sensibility to a contemporary framework. The rhythm of its punched window openings speaks to the iconic Brooklyn aesthetic, while a gentle curve at the sidewalk level defines the entrance and introduces a unique corbel effect that fades as the building rises. This is our second ground-up project in Williamsburg, and it reflects our commitment to family-oriented housing that enhances the neighborhood’s architectural legacy.
