The 2102 East First Street project is one of two multifamily projects Pliskin Architecture (panyc) is designing on Avenue U in Gravesend. This development, the 5th collaboration between panyc and FAB 314 AW offers 12 residential units in a ground-up condominium building. This project features a dark-grey concrete cladding and floor-to-ceiling windows, and stands in contrast to our project next door with its limesetone cladding. Of the 12 residential units, 8 are duplex units that include double-height spaces, adding a sense of grandeur to the living areas. Residents of this Avenue U Multifamily development will enjoy multiple amenity spaces, including a fitness center and a lounge area.
