The 5-story Greenpoint Multifamily is a six-unit residential development located in North Brooklyn and comprises two duplex apartments, two 3-bedroom apartments, and two penthouses, providing residents with a range of living spaces to choose from. Each unit is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The project features a light grey corbelled brick facade, which reflects the traditional masonry techniques used in the neighborhood’s historic buildings while creating a modern and sophisticated look. Generous outdoor space is incorporated into each unit, providing residents with ample space for dining, lounging, and entertaining. High-efficiency wood windows are used throughout the building, and each unit features hardwood floors, quartz countertops, and integrated appliances.
