Opal Residences in Gravesend, Brooklyn, is a design collaboration between JL Ramirez Architects, FAB 314 AW, and Pliskin Architecture. With construction wrapping up, Some Kind of Creative created a video preview of the finished result.

Developed by Redhoek+, the buiding features a limestone facade by Gammastone and windows by Alumtec. The 12-unit bespoke residential building received its CofO this summer and has welcomed its first residents.
